This website is run by In Travel International d.o.o., Horvatovac 85, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 11508424665. We are responsible for the personal data you send us. You can reach us at [email protected] or +385 91 466 4060.

When you send the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the route, date and time, the number of passengers and suitcases, your flight number and your message.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

We use your details to send you a quote, organise your transfer or tour, and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and carrying out that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the booking records that Croatian tax and accounting law requires (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your driver receives the details needed for your trip. We also use these service providers: Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, protects the form against spam (Turnstile) and counts visits (Web Analytics). Resend, Inc. delivers the form to our email inbox.

These companies may process data outside the EU. They do so under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

We keep quote requests that do not lead to a booking for up to 12 months. We keep booking records for as long as Croatian tax and accounting law requires.

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form and uses only the data needed for that check. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) that protects the website against bots.

Because we only use what is strictly necessary, we do not ask for cookie consent. Links to WhatsApp and Tripadvisor open their own services, which have their own privacy policies.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it. Write to [email protected].

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), at azop.hr.

We update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
